Pedagogical Video Training for Profesors (Section 2)

We are excited to inform you that today, on May 25, 2023, we have commenced the first day of the second section of the “How to Create Pedagogical Videos?” training for the remaining profesors. It has been a productive and enlightening day as we explore the best practices for producing high-quality educational videos.

Pedagogical field trip to a livestock farm Belharmi

A field trip to the Belharmi livestock farm on the Oran road (Mostaganem) was conducted in the afternoon of Monday, May 23, 2023, by 4th-year students specializing in animal production sciences, accompanied by Professor Bouderoua (Director of ESAM) and Mr. Khaouni Nadir (ESAM Laboratory Manager).

Offer of scholarships in Russia

The Russian Federation, makes available to students, scholarships for the academic year 2023-2024. This program is intended for students enrolled in the final year of a Master’s degree in engineering science, who wish to pursue graduate studies in Russia on an individual basis at the Doctoral level and who meet the eligibility criteria for residential training abroad.

Training for teachers: How to make pedagogical videos?

We are excited to share with you some photos taken on the last day of the first training session for teachers at our school. This training, titled “How to make pedagogical videos?” was conducted over a period of 6 hours and was led by Dr. Labdaoui Zine Eddine, communication manager at the Higher School of Agronomy of Mostaganem.
This training was an excellent opportunity for our teachers to learn best practices for creating high-quality pedagogical videos and improving their teaching through the use of multimedia resources. We are proud of our teaching team for their commitment and willingness to continue learning and improving.
We would like to thank Dr. Labdaoui Zine Eddine for his expertise and dedication to improving the quality of education in our school. We look forward to seeing the results of this training in our classrooms!

Tasting test of couscous based quinoa

As part of a doctoral thesis prepared by the doctoral student Bendaoud Saliha supervised by Prof. Belkacemi Louiza, was held Tuesday, May 2 a tasting test of couscous based quinoa produced in southern Algeria. The valorization of quinoa seeds “technologically treated” by elaborating a traditional dish would promote the popularization of its consumption by the Algerians in particular those reached intolerance to the gluten, of diabetes ….
For information, the quinoa is a pseudo cereal native to the Andes. Its seeds have a high nutritional value with a high level of proteins of good biological value, a richness in bioactive compounds and finally an absence of gluten
